Banana Peach Muffins

Each week I want to get into the habit of filling our cookie jar with a snack. Whether it's healthy or just plain scrumptious! Last week I made chocolate chip cookies which were delicious. I am by no means a baker. I'm very messy when cooking and am terrible at following other peoples recipes. I like cooking simple recipes that don't involve too much work (sifting, folding, fluffing). I would much rather just throw a few ingredients into the food processor and let it work its magic. My husband has been asking for banana bread for months now! This week I had 1 very ripe banana and 2 peaches so I came up with banana peach muffins.

1 ripe banana
2 ripe peaches, peeled and chopped
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350degrees.
Blend all ingredients together in food processor.

Grease muffin pan or use muffin liners.
Pour batter evenly into muffin pan.

Bake for 17 minutes. Enjoy!
