Scrambled Eggs

Breakfast this morning was berries, whole wheat toast with almond butter, broccoli and cheese scrambled eggs.


Scrambled Eggs

2 eggs 

4 broccoli florets (cooked & chopped)

1/4 cup cheese 

Dash of pepper

Pinch of salt

1 tbsp unsalted butter


Beat eggs, pepper in a bowl. Add chopped broccoli and cheese. Heat butter in skillet over medium heat until hot. Pour in egg mixture. As eggs begin to set lift and fold eggs until thickened and no liquid egg is visible. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
