Tortellini Alfredo

Dinner is three cheese tortellini, grated carrot, spinach, peas and homemade Alfredo sauce. I literally put 1/2 tsp of sauce on Hendrix pasta because it was rich and his first time! A side of blackberries and homemade garlic bread. He ate everything plus a handful of blueberries. We added shrimp to our pasta which made it taste even better! I kept Hendrix sauce separate because he is under 1 and hasn't had any type of shellfish yet. 

Alfredo Sauce 
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup heavy cream 
Salt/fresh ground black pepper
1 cup Parmesan 
Pasta water 

In a saucepan or skillet warm butter and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Add parmesan and stir until cheese is melted. Toss pasta to combine, thinning with pasta water if necessary.
