Stuffed Crescent Rolls

Sunday, April 26, 2015

Pillsbury Crescent Rolls have to be the most versatile food. They can be filled with so many things! I've filled them with pizza, scrambled eggs, ham, turkey and many more. I love buying an 8 pack of these because then I can make crescents with two different fillings. They also have four packs for smaller batches.

On the menu for this weekend was ham & cheese and pizza crescent rolls. They literally couldn't be easier to make.

Preheat oven to 375degrees F. Unravel crescent rolls on parchment lined baking sheet. Fill with toppings, roll up snuggly and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

1/4 cup spinach
1/4 cup tomato/cauliflower sauce
1/4 cup shredded cheese

* Each crescent roll gets 1 tbsp of sauce topped with 1 tbsp spinach and 1 tbsp cheese.

Ham & Cheese
2 slices Applegate ham
2 slices Swiss cheese

* Each crescent roll gets 1/2 slice of cheese and ham.

* With pizza and scrambled eggs I tuck the edges in so its more of a filled crescent.
