Tuna Fishcakes

1 can of tuna, drained
1 egg
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1 1/2 tbsp whole milk yogurt
Dash of kosher salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp parsley flakes
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp oil for frying

* Mix ingredients together in large bowl.
* Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat.
* Form patties
* Cook until crisp and golden brown (about 3-4 minutes) on each side.

I served Hendrix fish cakes with broccoli/cauliflower tots and steamed butternut squash with kale.
