Baked Cod Fish Sticks

Ingredients 
5 ounce cod filet

Wet 
1 egg
1 tbsp whole milk

Dry
1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs or panko
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
Pinch of salt


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Slice filet into strips. Dredge strips in dry, wet, dry bowls. Place fish sticks on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, take out, flip and bake for another 5 minutes. 



I served Hendrix fish sticks with sweet potato fries and pomegranate seeds.
