Peanut Butter and Jelly Chia Pudding


2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1.5 tbsp chia seeds
Mix well and refrigerate overnight. Take out in the morning and stir vigorously until pudding like consistency. Top with jelly, jam or puréed fruit.


Peach Cinnamon Chia Pudding


1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup (honey over 1 year)

Peach purée topping
Steam 3 slices of peaches, then blend.

Mix well and refrigerate overnight. Take out in the morning and stir vigorously until pudding like consistency. Top with peach purée and cinnamon.
