Homemade Almond Butter

3 cups of almonds 
Pinch of sea salt

Pour almonds into food processor. Blend until creamy and smooth.


This is the almond butter after 5 minutes. It takes about 15 minutes to become completely smooth. Every few minutes scrap down the almond butter from the sides. If it seems like it isn't becoming smooth after 15 minutes, take about half out and blend in 2 separate batches.


It lasts about a week and tastes delicious! Enjoy! I used the fresh almond butter with blended peaches as a "jelly" and Hendrix loved it!
