Pancake Balls

1 banana, mashed
1 egg
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp semi sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp butter

Mix ingredients in large bowl until well combined. Place frying pan on stove over medium heat and add butter. Once melted, add all of pancake batter. Let sit for 30 seconds without stirring. Cook mixture like you would scrambled eggs, lifting and folding every 10 seconds. Allow to cook until softly set. 

Once cooked, take off burner. When "scramble" is cool, roll into balls.
