Salmon Cakes

5 ounce fillet of salmon
1/4 cup chopped kale
1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
Dash of salt/pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 tbsp flour
1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs

In a mixing bowl add kale, Italian breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley flakes, flour, and chopped salmon. Hand mix until well combined.

Form patties. Spread out panko breadcrumbs on a plate.Take salmon patties and cover in panko breadcrumbs.

Warm 2 tbsp oil of choice in frying pan over medium heat. I used olive oil. Cook salmon cakes on each side for 3 minutes or until golden brown. Once finished drain on paper towel lined plate.
