Turkey Meatballs

1 pound ground turkey
1 egg
1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs 
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp parsley flakes

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using an ice cream scooper form balls. Continue rolling meatballs with palm of hands for even shape. Line baking sheet, evenly spacing meatballs. 

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. While meatballs are fresh from the oven and still hot, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

I served Hendrix turkey meatballs mixed with roasted potatoes, tomato sauce, kale and corn.
