Sweet Roasted Chickpeas

1 16oz can garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
1 tbsp white sugar 
1 tbsp packed light brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp olive oil

* Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 
* Drain chickpeas and rinse thoroughly.
* Lay out on parchment lined baking sheet.
* Pat dry with paper towels. You may notice skin coming off of the chickpeas. You can peel them off or keep them on. I prefer to peel them off.
* Bake for 15 minutes.
* While baking mix together cinnamon and sugars in a cup.
* Take chickpeas out of oven and drizzle with olive oil. Using a spatula, mix around until evenly coated.
* Sprinkle on cinnamon sugar mixture, on pinch at a time while continuously mixing with spatula.
* Bake for another 15 minutes. 
* Once finished, turn off oven and let sit for 10 minutes.
* Store in airtight container.
