Carrot Fries with Yogurt Dip

Carrot Fries
1 large carrot
Olive oil
Salt/pepper

*Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Peel and slice carrot thinly. In a small bowl add carrot fries, drizzle of olive oil and a dash of salt/pepper. Toss together until evenly coated. Lay on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool on paper towel lined plate.

Yogurt Dip
2 tbsp yogurt
1/4 tsp cinnamon 
1/8 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp brown sugar 

*Mix ingredients together in a small bowl and serve.
