Quick Oat Bars

1 banana
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp peanut butter
Pinch of nutmeg
1 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup milk

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In oven safe dish, mash together banana, cinnamon, nutmeg and peanut butter. Add oats and milk. Mix thiroughly. Pack down with back of spoon. Bake for 12 minutes.

* Feel free to add chocolate chips, raisins, etc.
