Broccoli Pesto

2 broccoli florets
1/4 cup spinach
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons yogurt
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
Salt and pepper to taste

Steam broccoli until tender. In a blender,  mix all ingredients until well combined. Enjoy!

Perfect sauce for pastas, marinade for meats or salad dressing.
