Chicken Noodle Pasta

1 cup diced chicken 
2 medium carrots, thinly sliced
1 celery stalk, thinly sliced 
1 cup cooked pasta 
1/3 of a small sweet onion 
1 cup low sodium chicken stock
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp oregano
Dash of black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil

Add olive oil to a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, cook chicken thoroughly. 

In a medium saucepan over medium heat add chicken stock, carrots, celery, onion, oregano, pepper and garlic powder. 

Bring to a boil then simmer until vegetables are fork tender. Add cooked pasta and chicken. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve immediately and enjoy!
