Carrot Cake Oatmeal

1/3 cup old fashioned oats
1/3 cup milk
2 teaspoon chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg 

Add ingredients to an airtight jar. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate overnight or atleast 4 hours.

1/3 cup steamed carrots
1/4 cup yogurt
1 teaspoon agave nectar (optional)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Blend ingredients together until well combined. Mix in oatmeal and serve immediately.
