Chocolate Toasted Coconut Oatmeal

1/3 cup old fashioned oats
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon honey
2 teaspoon cacao powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds 
2 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips

In a mason jar, mix oats, yogurt, milk, honey, cacao powder and chia seeds. Refrigerate overnight. 

In the morning, preheat oven to 325F. Spread unsweetened coconut on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 2-3 minutes. Top oatmeal with coconut, chocolate chips and enjoy!
