Cranblueberry Chia Jam and RollUps

1 cup cranberries
1/3 cup blueberries
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons sweetener, if desired (sugar, honey, agave nectar, etc.)
2 tablespoons chia seeds

Blend cranberries, blueberries and water until well combined. It's okay for it to be a little chunky. Add mixture to saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil for 10 minutes, stirring every few minutes. 

Stir in sweetener. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring every few minutes. Stir in chia seeds, turn off burner and let cool for atleast 5 minutes. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.

Cream Cheese Jam RollUps

2 slices of bread
Cream cheese
Butter
Cranblueberry Jam
Cinnamon sugar 

Warm frying pan over medium heat. Use a rolling pin to flatten bread. Cut off crusts. Spread butter on one side. Spread cream cheese and jam on the other side. Roll up tightly. Lay seam side down in pan. Bake for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Once finished roll in cinnamon sugar. Slice and enjoy.
