Avocado Banana Muffins

1 ripe avocado
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup milk (I used organic soy)
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda 
Pinch of kosher salt
1/4 cup sugar 
1/4 cup honey
1 1/2 cups flour

*Preheat oven to 350F. Grease mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray. 
*In a large bowl mash together banana and avocado. 
*Add eggs and milk. Mix thoroughly. 
*Add sugar, honey, baking soda, and salt. Mix thoroughly. 
*Slowly add flour. Make sure not to over mix. 
*Spoon batter into muffin pan. 
*Bake for 13-17 minutes.
