Kale Powder

Bunch of kale leaves
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
Sea salt

*Preheat oven to 350F.
*Carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems.
*Wash leaves thoroughly. Using a paper towel, squeeze out excess water from leaves. 
*Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread kale leaves out on baking sheet. 
*Toss with olive oil and sea salt. 
*Bake for 10-15 minutes or until crispy. 
*Let cool completely then pulse in a blender until you have a fine powder.
*Store in airtight container.

**Use kale powder in eggs, smoothies, sauces, pastas, soups, etc.
