Quick & Easy Carrot Bread

1/2 cup finely grated carrots
1 banana
1/2 cup flour
1 egg
1/4 cup applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon honey (ages 1+)
1 tablespoon melted butter 
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt

Topping:
1 tablespoon cream cheese
1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon honey 

*Preheat oven to 350F. 
*Grease Oogaa plate or loaf pan and set aside.
*In a large bowl mix all ingredients together until well combined.
*Add mixture to prepared plate/pan.
*Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle of the bread.

Topping: In a bowl, mix topping ingredients together. Decorate or spread on top of carrot bread.
