Chocolate "Ice Cream"

2 bananas, sliced and frozen
1 tablespoon cacao powder
2 teaspoons soy milk
1 tablespoon finely chopped walnuts 

In a blender, add frozen banana slices and milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add cacao powder and blend until well combined. 

If you like soft serve ice cream, serve immediately. If you want more of a traditional ice cream, flatten banana mixture in a baking dish. 

Freeze for at least an hour. Scoop using an ice cream scooper. Top with chopped walnuts or any other desired toppings.
