Cookie Butter Bars

1 cup old fashioned oats
1/4 cup minced chocolate chips
1 tablespoon raw honey 
2 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
1/3 cup cookie butter (almond butter or any nut butter)

In a large bowl combine all ingredients except oats. Microwave for about 40 seconds. Stir in oats until well combined. Line a 8x8 baking dish parchment paper. Firmly press down mixture in dish. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Cut into desired size bars. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
