Chocolate Zucchini Muffins

2 bananas, mashed
1 egg
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
1 medium zucchini grated, then chopped and squeezed out
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups oat flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup 
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/4 cup cacao powder

Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, mix bananas, maple syrup, egg, oil and zucchini. 

Stir in baking powder, baking soda, flour (add 1/2 cup at a time, mixing after each one), sugar, ground flaxseed and cacao. Thoroughly mix. 

Bake for 25-35 minutes.
