Pinto Bean Casserole

1/2 pound ground beef, cooked/chopped
1/3 cup finely chopped purple onion
15oz can pinto beans, drained/rinsed
4 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper 
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 cup frozen corn
1 cup frozen peas
Salt/pepper to taste
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon paprika 
1 tablespoon minced garlic

Preheat oven to 400F. In a large bowl, mix ingredients thoroughly. Pour mixture into a baking dish. Flatten out with back of spoon. Bake for 30 minutes. 

Top with hot sauce, sour cream or any other desired toppings.
