Stuffed Garlic Rolls

Meatballs
1/2 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon kale powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire 
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt/pepper, to taste
4 Pillsbury Flaky Layer biscuits (raw)

Biscuit Butter Sauce
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt/pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, combine beef, kale powder, worcestshire, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Roll into 8 meatballs. Lay on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.

Slice biscuits in half so you have 8 biscuits. Place meatball in center of a biscuit and roll into a ball. Repeat until you used all of these biscuits and dough. Bake for 11 minutes. 

Take out from oven, drizzle with butter mixture, sprinkle pepper and Parmesan cheese on top. Bake for another minute. 



**Serve plain or with marinara sauce.
