Cranberry Maple Walnut Granola

1 cup old fashioned oats
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup walnuts
2 tablespoons dried cranberries
1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Preheat oven to 325F. Finely chop walnuts. Add all ingredients to a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Spread on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Stir around. Bake for another 5 minutes.
