Greek Yogurt Pancakes

1 cup Greek Yogurt
3/4 cup oat flour
2 eggs
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
1 tablespoon baking powder

In a large bowl, mix ingredients together thoroughly. Heat griddle over medium heat. Grease with oil or butter. Spoon 1/4 cup batter onto griddle for each pancake. Wait until bubbles on pancakes start to pop, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Top with butter, a sprinkle of cinnamon and syrup.
